Vegan pasta 'Bake' with Salad
I've been looking at different ways to make vegan meals in the microwave since this is all I have access to right now. Obviously if I had an oven I would use that but I gotta work with what I have. I created this and called it vegan pasta 'Bake' because of the way the vegan cheese melts on top reminds me of baking it in the oven. Ingredients This is the ingredients list for the meal Step 1 -Place pasta in a microwave container and since I'm doing this in the microwave I will do it for about 6 minutes at a time. - The first 6 minutes will cook in the water and then you have to dump out as much of the water as you can. Keep in mind that I don't have a specific tool to dump the water I just slowly tip the container in the sink so water can come out.
